I was born and have lived many years in the Midwest. 3 years ago, I migrated west like alot of people do.

I decided when I was young that I wanted to be an artist. I’ve been here a few years, and I’ve made some work with my brother and I’ve slowly found a way to write the stories that I now realize have always been there waiting for me.

Still I’d tell you that I’m growing into myself on a daily basis. Lately I’ve come to relish meeting new people and I genuinely value another person’s perspective; I don’t take any kind of trust for granted. That said, I must admit that since childhood I’ve placed a premium on securing time for myself.

I like bookstores, museums and music. I like art projects of all kinds and the feeling I get when I’m on to something. I chase these feelings, but they come to me rarely. I like movies but I wouldn’t characterize myself as a film geek (though you’d probably call me that if you had a conversation with me).

I’m very disciplined but the sense of routine that comes with this trait makes me nervous and so I then seek adventure. This contradiction is the source of alot of personal turmoil. A paradox!
